The Federation’s inability to focus their resources on the women’s game could lead to a deterioration of the current talent according to a confidential football manager.
It seems like the Women’s Team has never got the attention they deserved and following a below-par performance in Sri Lanka, the PFF has come under intense scrutiny for their inability to prepare the side.
“Nepal are far better than us because they have been playing football for much longer than us. Afghanis have girls who were brought up in Germany and England and so they have played football over there. At least five of their girls have European origin.
But we defeated Maldives 3-0, which shows that we have talent,” a top woman football manager said.
