Lawyers to oppose ad hoc appointments as JCP meets

ISLAMABAD: In the wake of superior bars’ May 5 resolution, the Pakistan Bar Council (PBC) would oppose appointment of two ad hoc judges during the Judicial Commission of Pakistan’s (JCP) meeting today (Monday).Talking to our sources, Dr Khalid Rajha, the representative of PBC in the commission, said that he would strongly present bars’ point of view in today’s meeting of the JCP on the appointment of two ad hoc and one additional judge in the Supreme Court.
